In Youth: Culture, Peace and Friendship
We are thrilled to announce that once again, our Club is sponsoring the incredible young athletes of the City of Kelowna team as they head off to the 2026 International Children's Summer Games in Taiwan.
In June 2026, we had the honor of presenting the team with their official tournament t-shirts, proudly featuring the Rotary Club of Kelowna Ogopogo logo.
Our club has a long, proud history of backing these amazing youth. Just last year, we cheered them on as they competed in Tallinn, Estonia and we can’t wait to see them shine on the world stage again this year.
The official t-shirt presentation was a wonderful community moment. Our very own Rotary Club President, Brian Hillaby, joined Kelowna Mayor Tom Dyas to hand over the gear and wish the athletes well.
